1. Introduction

Welcome to Diagnocity.in, an online platform designed to connect patients with hospitals, diagnostic centres and laboratories offering medical testing and diagnostic services.

These Terms and Conditions govern the registration, listing, use and management of hospital, diagnostic centre and laboratory accounts on Diagnocity.in.

By submitting a registration application or purchasing a listing plan, the hospital, diagnostic centre or laboratory agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility for Registration

Registration is open to eligible hospitals, diagnostic centres, medical laboratories and other healthcare service providers.

The applicant must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Be legally authorised to operate the healthcare facility and offer the listed services.
  • Hold the registrations, licences, permissions and qualifications required under applicable law.
  • Ensure that the person submitting the application is authorised to represent the facility.
  • Agree to comply with applicable healthcare, consumer protection, privacy and data-protection laws.

Diagnocity.in may request supporting documents to verify the applicant’s identity, business details and eligibility.

3. Registration and Approval Process

All hospital and laboratory registration applications are subject to review and approval by Diagnocity.in.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
  • A registration application may remain pending until the required information and documents have been reviewed.
  • Diagnocity.in may approve, reject or request additional information regarding an application.
  • Only approved facilities may receive an active public listing, subject to the applicable listing terms.
  • Diagnocity.in may suspend or remove a listing if information is inaccurate, documents are invalid or the facility violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

4. Annual Listing Fees

Diagnocity.in may offer annual listing plans to eligible healthcare providers.

The current advertised pricing may be:

  • Regular annual listing fee: ₹6,000.
  • Special promotional annual listing fee: ₹2,999 per year, subject to the applicable offer terms.

The applicable fee, listing duration, included features and payment conditions will be displayed or communicated before payment.

Payment of the listing fee does not guarantee a specific number of patient enquiries, bookings, referrals, revenue or business results.

Any renewal, extension or revised fee will be communicated in accordance with the applicable plan terms.

5. Seven-Day Listing Fee Refund Policy

A hospital, diagnostic centre or laboratory may request a refund of its listing fee within 7 calendar days from the date of successful payment, subject to verification and applicable law.

The following conditions apply:

  • The refund request must be submitted within the seven-calendar-day period.
  • The applicant must provide the facility name, registration details and payment transaction reference.
  • Diagnocity.in will review the request and verify the payment.
  • Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Requests received after the seven-day period will generally not be accepted, except where required by applicable law or otherwise approved under the applicable service terms.

The seven-day period begins on the successful payment date, not the date the registration is approved or the profile is completed.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory refund rights available under applicable law.

6. Hospital Profile and Listing Information

Registered facilities are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Diagnocity.in is accurate, lawful and up to date.

This may include:

  • Hospital or laboratory name.
  • Full address, city and state.
  • Contact number and email address.
  • Facility details and available services.
  • Diagnostic test names and descriptions.
  • Test prices, discounts and health packages.
  • Relevant images, logos and supporting documents.

Facilities must promptly notify Diagnocity.in of material changes to their information.

Diagnocity.in may correct, restrict or remove inaccurate, misleading or outdated information.

7. Test Listing and Approval

Hospitals and laboratories may be permitted to add diagnostic tests and update their service information through the available account facilities.

All new tests and material changes may be subject to administrative review and approval before becoming publicly visible.

Healthcare providers must not publish misleading test descriptions, unauthorised medical claims, false discounts or inaccurate prices.

Diagnocity.in may reject, edit, suspend or remove test listings that do not comply with its policies or applicable law.

8. Responsibility for Medical Services

The hospital, diagnostic centre or laboratory is solely responsible for the diagnostic services it provides, including:

  • The quality and performance of diagnostic tests.
  • The qualifications and authorisations of its personnel.
  • The maintenance and appropriate use of medical equipment.
  • Test preparation instructions and appointment availability.
  • Medical reports, results and their authorised interpretation.
  • Compliance with applicable healthcare standards and laws.

Diagnocity.in is a healthcare discovery and listing platform and does not itself perform diagnostic tests or provide medical treatment unless a specific service expressly states otherwise.

A listing on Diagnocity.in does not, by itself, constitute a guarantee or certification of a facility’s quality, qualifications or regulatory compliance.

9. Patient Bookings and Payments

Patients may use Diagnocity.in to discover diagnostic services and submit booking requests where the relevant booking facility is available.

Under the current payment arrangement, patients pay the relevant hospital, diagnostic centre or laboratory directly.

The healthcare provider is responsible for confirming bookings, communicating applicable prices, providing the agreed service and handling eligible patient refunds for payments it receives.

A submitted booking request is not necessarily a confirmed appointment until confirmation is provided through the applicable booking process.

10. Patient Information and Confidentiality

Healthcare providers may receive patient information necessary to process bookings or enquiries submitted through Diagnocity.in.

Each provider must:

  • Use patient information only for authorised and legitimate purposes.
  • Keep patient information confidential and secure.
  • Restrict access to authorised personnel.
  • Avoid disclosing patient information to unauthorised parties.
  • Comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
  • Notify the appropriate parties of relevant security incidents where legally required.

Patient information must not be uploaded to public listing fields or used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis and any required consent.

11. Account Security

Each registered healthcare provider is responsible for protecting its account credentials and preventing unauthorised access.

Providers must promptly notify Diagnocity.in if they suspect account misuse, unauthorised access or compromise of their registration information.

Diagnocity.in may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or the integrity of its listings.

12. Prohibited Activities

Healthcare providers must not:

  • Submit false or misleading registration information.
  • Upload forged or unauthorised documents.
  • List services they are not legally authorised to provide.
  • Publish deceptive prices, discounts or service claims.
  • Misuse patient contact information.
  • Attempt to access another provider’s account or confidential information.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of Diagnocity.in.
  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activities.

Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension or other appropriate action, subject to applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

Diagnocity.in may suspend, restrict or terminate a listing or account where necessary because of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, security concerns, legal requirements or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Where appropriate, the provider may be asked to correct the issue or submit additional documents.

Suspension or termination does not automatically create a right to a listing fee refund. Any refund request will be considered under the applicable refund terms and law.

14. Intellectual Property and Listing Content

Healthcare providers must have the right or permission to submit their logos, photographs, descriptions and other content.

By submitting such content, the provider authorises Diagnocity.in to display and use it as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and maintain the provider’s listing on the platform, subject to applicable law and any agreed restrictions.

The provider remains responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Diagnocity.in is not responsible for the medical services, professional decisions, test results, acts or omissions of independent healthcare providers.

Diagnocity.in does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, the accuracy of every third-party listing or any particular number of bookings or business outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Changes to These Terms

Diagnocity.in may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in its services, listing plans, website features or applicable legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page. Where legally required, appropriate notice or consent will be obtained.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are intended to operate in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
